Installation and use of loader breaker hammer

I. Installation
Since most main machines have reserved oil port joints for accessories when leaving the factory, when installing the breaker hammer, you only need to connect the pipes, joints and breaker hammer together according to the requirements of the manual.
Use
1. Operation method
Correct operation can improve the operating efficiency of the breaker hammer and extend its service life. There are several points to pay attention to during operation:
(1) Each time you use it, you should first check whether the high-pressure or low-pressure oil pipe of the breaker hammer is loose; at the same time, for the sake of caution, you should always check whether there is oil leakage in other places to avoid vibration causing the oil pipe to fall off, thereby causing a malfunction.
(2) When the breaker hammer is operating, the drill rod should always be kept vertical to the surface of the object to be broken. And keep the drill rod pressed against the object to be broken. After breaking, the breaker hammer should be stopped immediately to prevent empty hitting. Continuous aimless impact will damage the front of the breaker hammer and loosen the main bolts, and in severe cases, it may damage the main machine itself.
(3) When crushing, do not shake the drill rod, otherwise the main bolt and the drill rod may break; do not let the breaker fall quickly or hit hard rocks, which will damage the breaker or the main machine due to excessive impact.
(4) Do not perform crushing operations in water or muddy areas. Except for the drill rod, other parts of the breaker body should not be immersed in water or mud, otherwise the piston and other parts with similar functions on it will accumulate mud stains and cause premature wear of the breaker.
(5) When crushing particularly hard objects, start from the edge first and do not hit the same point continuously for more than 1 minute to prevent the drill rod from burning or the hydraulic oil from overheating.
(6) Do not use the guard plate of the breaker as a tool to push heavy objects. Since excavators and loaders are mainly small machines and are light in weight, if they are used to push heavy objects, the breaker may be damaged at the least, and the main machine boom may be broken or even the main machine may roll over.
(7) Do not operate when the hydraulic cylinder is fully extended or fully retracted, otherwise the impact vibration will be transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder body and then to the main machine.
2. Maintenance
Since the working conditions of the breaker are very harsh, proper maintenance can reduce machine failures and extend the service life of the machine. In addition to timely maintenance of the main machine, the following points should also be noted:
(1) Appearance inspection. Check whether the relevant bolts are loose; whether the connecting pins are excessively worn; check whether the gap between the drill rod and its bushing is normal, and whether there is oil leakage in between, indicating that the low-pressure oil seal is damaged and should be replaced by a professional.
(2) Lubrication. The lubrication points of the working device should be lubricated before operation and after each continuous operation for 2 to 3 hours.
(3) Replace the hydraulic oil. The change in hydraulic oil quality varies depending on the working environment. A simple way to judge the quality of the oil is to observe the color of the oil. When the oil quality deteriorates seriously, the oil should be drained and new oil should be injected after cleaning the oil tank and oil filter.
(4) The main body of the breaker is a set of precision components including a hydraulic circulation system. Generally, factories without special equipment should not disassemble it by themselves and must entrust repairs.
